About Us
Our Mission
To advance the mind-body-spirit health of our diverse clients so they can become their best selves.
How we got started:
Dr. Craig Beach is a renowned psychiatrist and the founder and CEO of Open Mind Health (OMH) – an innovative and holistic virtual mental wellness company dedicated to moving mental health forward and helping each individual become the best version of themselves. Dr. Beach founded OMH in 2021 after recognizing the disparity in the availability and quality of treatment options for specific populations and conditions and the lack of offerings in complementary and alternative approaches to healing. He believes the mind-body-spirit connection is essential to achieve lasting results.
Dr. Beach obtained his medical degree from McMaster University and did his Psychiatry residency at Columbia University. He also received a Master of Science in Forensic Mental Health at King's College London.
"Our holistic philosophy informs the specific types of treatments we recommend. The mind-body-spirit connection, your overall wellness, and advancing your personal evolution are our team’s top priorities. We can all be our best selves if we feel better!"
Congratulations Dr. Beach
